I recently leased a new SQ5 from Audi Lynbrook and worked with Terrell, who was genuinely great throughout the process. He listened carefully to everything I was looking for and helped close the deal expeditiously — no unnecessary back and forth. I turned in my previous lease and drove off with a beautiful new SQ5.
What really stood out was Terrell’s professionalism and personality — he was kind, respectful, and easy to talk to, without the arrogance you sometimes get from other salespeople. He even remembered a small joke I made earlier, which made the whole experience feel more personal.
That said, there was a hiccup on pickup day. I was told I had 48 hours to pick up the new vehicle, so I arrived at the dealership on Monday at 11am. Unfortunately, the car wasn’t ready until 2pm due to it being delayed at the detail shop. It seems like there’s no clear procedure in place for coordinating vehicle pickups, which caused unnecessary waiting and frustration. A more organized process would go a long way in improving the experience.
Still, Terrell made up for it with a thoughtful gesture: once the car was finally ready, he had the bow on top just like I requested. It may seem small, but it made the moment feel special and wrapped up the day on a good note.
Overall, Terrell was fantastic, and I’m really happy with my new SQ5. Just hoping Audi Lynbrook can tighten up the logistics for future customers.
